1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
2. Shipping Destinations Nexora ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Kenya (Domestic): 2–5 business days
- East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia): 5–10 business days
- Rest of Africa: 7–14 business days
- Europe & North America: 10–21 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–28 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
5. International Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. Nexora has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at nexora12090@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Nexora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at nexora12090@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
