Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at roladfisher@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2-3 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at nexora12090@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
